SECEN works with the aim to fulfil four main objectives.
- Organise seminars, symposium, workshops and professional talk programs to introduce the latest technological advancement in electronics, communication and computer engineering.
- Provide a common platform to discuss the issues related to professional development.
- Act as a liaison office between the Nepal Government departments and other employment organisations, NGO, INGO’s to provide quality inputs for the overall improvement of engineering practices in the country.
- Maintain relations with overseas technical societies and academic institutions and develop itself as a recognised society nationally as well as internationally.
