Membership Categories:
SECEN offers its memberships to the graduates from recognised universities with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communications, Computer or any other engineering degree with a similar curriculum.
Memberships are offered in the following six categories:
1. General, 2. Fellow, 3. Life, 4, Honorary, 5. Institutional and 6. Associate
SECEN has its members from different telecommunication operators, private business houses, Internet Service Providers, colleges and universities. At present, there are around 400 electronic and communication engineers as its members. With its focus on establishing superior ethics in the profession and on ensuring professional rights of its members, SECEN has been playing a leading role in educating the member community on different subjects through Talk Programs, Seminars and Workshops under the aegis of different non-governmental and governmental agencies.
