SECEN had conducted a Research Project under HRD Exchange Program of APT (Asia-Pacific Telecommunity, Bangkok, Thailand) that was financed under the Extra-budgetary contribution from the Government of Japan in the year 2003-04.
The study was conducted in joint collaboration with Planning Department of NEPAL TELECOM and the Center for Information Technology (CIT) of Tribhuvan University. The study was titled “Applicability of Data Mining Tools for forecasting Prospects of e-Technology integration at the Multi-purpose Community Telecenter (MCT)”.
